Edouard Jozan is Head of AllianzGI Private Markets at Allianz Global Investors, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Before taking on his current role at Allianz Global Investors in June 2025, Edouard was Head of Distribution Europe. In this role, Edouard oversaw Allianz Global Investors' third-party wholesale and institutional distribution and client servicing in Europe since January 2023. Edouard has over 24 years investment and distribution experience in various countries.

Edouard joined Allianz Global Investors in 2020 as Head of Allianz Insurance Asset Management (AIAM), the central client interface function to Allianz for their general account assets globally, also leading the Insurance Ecosystem to define the roadmap and strategy for the third-party insurance client segment. Before joining Allianz Global Investors, Edouard was Head of ALM & Investment Strategy with Allianz France from 2014, in charge of Allianz's life and non-life investment portfolios. With a Centrale-Supélec engineering background in France and Germany, Edouard also completed an MBA at the London Business School. He is CFA Charterholder since 2004 and member of the CFA Institute in Paris.
